Return Policy

We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition

  • Products must be returned in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:

Contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items that have been opened or tampered with

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, the quickest method is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refund Policy

If approved:
